Cancellation Policy
Island Days, Cruises & Private Tours Policies Booking & Deposit A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time with the remaining balance due prior to departure. You will receive an email with the balance remaining and a link to pay as well as our waiver the week prior to your trip. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 2 days or more before your trip may receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made 2 days or less from departure, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of deposit. Weather Policy Trips may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather, rough water, mechanical issues, or captain discretion. If your trip is cancelled you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund. Arrival Time Please arrive on time. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may shorten trip time if another booking follows. What to Bring Towels, drinks, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, and anything else needed for a fun day on the water.
